Period and notice

Consumers normally have 14 calendar days from the day after conclusion of a digital-content contract to give notice of withdrawal without a reason. Missing legally required information can extend the period under law. Consumer status depends on the purchase’s actual purpose, not qualifications or profession; business purchases do not automatically have this right.

Use the function below, email or an unambiguous written statement to Aïda Hamzi. Provide your name, email and a reference identifying the contract or products. No account, reason, patient record or card number is required. The model form is optional. Submission does not itself trigger an immediate refund and does not waive other rights.

Immediate supply and digital-content exception

For a paid PDF without a physical medium, withdrawal is lost only after performance begins if you previously expressly consented to beginning before 14 days, acknowledged the loss and received durable-medium confirmation containing those elements. Payment, accepting sale terms or a pre-ticked box is insufficient. Unless all conditions are met, the right remains and statutory protective consequences apply.

Current Checkout requires three separate unticked choices: sale terms, immediate supply and acknowledgement of conditional loss. Texts, their hash, products and date are recorded server-side and included with the terms in email. Acceptance by the email provider alone proves neither receipt nor commencement of supply. Refund refusal must not rely solely on payment or that technical status. Contact us before buying if you want deferred supply; no deferred online checkout is currently offered.

Refunds and conformity

A refund due following valid withdrawal is made without undue delay, no later than 14 days after notice, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another fee-free method. A late request may still concern non-supply or lack of conformity: these are separate from withdrawal.

Statutory guarantees survive loss of withdrawal and expiry of links or quotas. For a one-off supply of digital content, Belgian rules notably provide liability for non-conformity appearing within two years of supply, subject to legal conditions. You may request free conformity within a reasonable time without significant inconvenience; under statutory conditions a price reduction or termination may be due if correction is impossible, refused, late, unsuccessful or the defect is sufficiently serious. Non-supply remedies include supply and, where conditions are met, termination.

Refunds due for a digital-contract price reduction or termination are made without undue delay and within 14 days after notice of your lawful decision, under applicable rules. No imposed credit note or blanket “PDFs are non-refundable” exclusion applies. Email the reference, product and issue without health information. A successful Stripe refund, even partial, currently suspends downloads for the entire order: rights to non-refunded products must be preserved through an appropriate solution. No saved file is remotely erased.
