Get in touchConsultations are offered in French and English only.
Before the first appointment
For your child's case history, please bring their health record and any assessments, prescriptions or reports that may help clarify the request, if possible. Comfortable clothes, a water bottle and, if possible, a visit to the toilet before the session can help your child feel at ease.
Children's sessions
A session lasts 45 minutes: approximately 40 minutes of activity with the child, followed by 5 minutes of discussion with the accompanying adult. If you arrive late, the session cannot be extended. A separate appointment with parents may be offered for a more in-depth discussion.
Cancellations and absences
Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment. A late cancellation may incur a €50 administration fee, except in the case of illness reported as soon as possible. If appointments are repeatedly missed without notice, the regular time slot may be reconsidered. Exceptional arrangements are assessed on an individual basis.
Payment and reimbursements
Payment is made at the practice on the day of the appointment, in cash or by QR code. An invoice is sent by email. Some supplementary insurance policies may contribute, depending on their terms: please check directly with your insurer. Reimbursement is not guaranteed.
Health, comfort and respect for the premises
If your child has a fever, vomiting, diarrhoea or a contagious illness, please do not bring them in and let us know as soon as possible. Shoes and coats are removed before entering the session. Please look after the equipment, put away toys used in the waiting room, do not eat in treatment areas and respect areas marked as private.
